Wags ‘n’ Whiskers Event Recap

The 6th annual Wags ‘n’ Whiskers event kicked off Friday, Oct. 27. Do More Iowa thanks all the sponsors and volunteers who helped make this event a huge success.

Several baskets and destination trips to Disney World, Utah and Mexico were auctioned off above their minimum bids. In addition to these bids, generous donations were contributed to help Furry Friends Refuge care for their rescued animals. These donations help pay for food, medicine, litter and other care-costs.

Guests enjoyed complimentary appetizers, beer, wine and live music while experiencing the company of several kittens and dogs from Furry Friends Refuge.
